Cake aux olives. Olive cake. Olive bread

Do you like olives? 
Well, if you appreciate olives as much as I do, you will LOVE this recipe!
This cake is really soft and light. And it's super simple, easy and fast to make it.
You will enjoy it as an appetizer or a meal. 
This bread is always the most popular whenever brought to a potluck.

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 1 -1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1 -1/2 Cups shredded emmental or swiss cheese
  • 1 -1/2 Cups of olives (green and/or black)
  • 2 Cups of flour
  • 2 tsp of baking powder

Preheat the oven 355 degree F.
Cut the olives in small pieces. You can chop or slice.
In a big mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the white wine, olive oil, cheese and the olives. Mix.
Incorporate the flour and the baking powder in the mixture.
The batter is done!

Pour the batter in a rectangular cake pan and bake for 45 minutes in the oven (355 F).

That's it! 

It is delicious warm or cold!
