STEAK RAM-DON aka JJAPAGURI 스테이크 짜파구리

THIS IS A MUST!

Jjapaguri was already very popular in Korea but after the movie "Parasite", it became a real star recipe!

The name of jjapaguri (Chapaguri) 짜파구리 is from the combination of two ramen names used for this recipe: Chapagetti 짜파게티 and Neoguri 너구리.

The translation of jjapaguri in the movie was Ram-Don (Ramen and Udon). 

And it describes the different types of noodles.

The combination of the sweet black bean sauce from Chapagetti and the hot spicy Neoguri is like heaven. And plus, some beef steak!    

I made some variation to the original recipe.
