Plain Oatmeal Cookies: quick-fix dessert, simple and healthy! - 오트밀 쿠키: 초간단 심플 디저트!

 This is one of the dessert or snack that we enjoy the most in my family without feeling too guilty.

This plain oatmeal cookie is so simple to make! 

You can even bake on a weekday when you are back home from work. 



Plain Oatmeal cookies - 오트밀 쿠키


Ingredients

1 Cup of softened butter

1 Cup of sugar

1/2 Cup of brown sugar

1 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp of baking soda

2 eggs

1 tsp of vanilla extract

2 Cups of All purpose flour

2 Cups of rolled oats

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until it is fluffy (at least 30-40 seconds)


Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda 
Mix until well combined.


Add eggs, vanilla
Beat until all the ingredients are well mixed


Add flour, mix slowly 
Then add the rolled oats
Stir with a spatula until combined

.....

Preheat the oven at 375 F

Using a spoon, drop the dough on a baking sheet


Bake 8-10 minutes in 375F until golden



It is light and so tasty!

Fluffy inside and crunchy outside.
Can't stop eating them...

Really a must!!
