Save time, eat well, be healthy! Overnight Oats | Be Creative and Enjoy!

I think I am a pretty well organized person but every morning is like a war at home.

Preparing myself, my kids, packing snacks and lunches for everyone eating breakfast...

Being ready on time is so stressful!

I guess many working moms are experiencing the same thing.

As a solution, we came up with the overnight oats.

Not only it saves huge time, but it is really delicious.

And don’t even forget all the nutritional benefits of oats!

Especially uncooked oats!

Follow me, I’ll show you how I prepare my overnight oats.

What you need is as following:

- glass jars with lids

- plain oatmeal: rolled or steel cut

(but avoid the «quick » oatmeal)

- milk: any kind

I personally prefer almond milk

Additionally, and optionally you can put:

- nuts

- seeds

-fruits

- chocolate

- PB&J

- sugar / honey / maple syrup

Etc. You can be so creative!!

How to do? Well, it’s really easy.

In the glass jar, put 4-5 spoons of dry oatmeal

then add milk until the oatmeal is soaked.

Then, add any dried nuts,

and/or almond meal, protein powder...

Add any fruits

Close the jar with the lid

Leave in the fridge overnight

And VOILÀ !!
