What to do with leftover rice? Love garlic? Aglio e olio Garlic fried rice

How do you like to eat your rice?

I always have rice at home. This is one of the ingredients that never runs out of my pantry. I also keep leftovers in the fridge or freezer.

When I cook rice, I usually do more than needed because leftover rice is extremely versatile to create numerous great meals! Simple, Easy, Fast, and Delicious!

I love to mix different recipes into one. I love to add a Korean touch to French food, I love to add a French touch to American food, etc. I’m never bored trying and creating new ideas!!

Today, I am going to use some of my leftover rice to get an Italian touch to a Korean dish.

Heat a large pan or wok. Drizzle generously some olive oil and fry the garlic.
When the garlic gets golden brown, take it out of the pan and set it aside. If you want to add some kick, fry some red pepper flakes with the garlic before taking it out of the pan.
In the same pan, stir-fry the rice you would previously cook. The rice would have a golden color and shine. Then add the garlic, season with salt and pepper, add a spoon of butter and stir-fry quickly everything before you turn off the heat. Sprinkle with some parsley. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

BON APPETIT !!!
