I only had this brand at my grocery store but there are plenty of other options.
It’s called « Konjac » or « Shirataki » noodles.
You find them in thin spaghetti like shape or in thicker/flatter fettuccine like shape.
I love to have them in my fridge all the time so that I can use them whenever I want to.
Because it is really delicious either cold or hot!
It’s amazing how you can enjoy them with the classic bolognese sauce
as you would eat with regular spaghetti.

I like to make cold noodle salad using this Shirataki spaghetti.
When eating them cold, there is really nothing else to do with the noodles!
You just have to rinse the noodles under cold water to get rid of the mushroomy taste.
And use them as is.
It is so easy and fast!!
You'll see, it is so refreshing!
I’m going to do a Korean style cold spicy noodles salad today. Follow me!
Prepare the noodles. Drain and rince under cold water. Set aside.
Use leftover veggies you have in your fridge. I have some cucumber, onions, peppers and watercress.
