The most simplest sandwich bread ever! And delicious! No machine needed.

 I started to make bread at home because my whole family can't live without bread. Importantly I could eat sandwich each and everyday, I really LOVE sandwiches and bread in general. So I wanted to have a better option for what I eat all the time. 

I wouldn't make my own sandwich bread if it was too difficult or if it took too much time. But this one is so simple and fast that you don't need any machine or extra time. It doesn't require any kneading or shaping so, beginners, this bread is THE PERFECT ONE for you!!

It can't be easier than this! Absolutely nothing else to do than just wait and relax!

Ingredients: 

3 Cups of flour (Bread flour or All Purpose flour)

1 teaspoon of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Salt

1/2 teaspoon of Active Dry Yeast

1 - 1/2 Cups of Room temperature water

1 Tablespoon of any vegetable oil

1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar 


1. In a large container or a mixing bowl, put all the ingredients in the order listed above.

The Apple Cider Vinegar helps build the strength of the dough so that it is chewy and springy.

2. Mix the ingredients well. And that's the end of the prep!

3. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and leave it overnight on the kitchen counter or in the refrigerator (in the summer). 

4. The next morning, you will see the dough doubled/tripled with lots of bubbles. It means, it is ready to go to the oven!

5. Preheat the oven at 450F (230C) with a pan full of water.

6. Transfer the dough in a loaf pan or an oven safe dish. 

No kneading, No shaping! It's extremely easy!

7. Bake it for 40 - 45 minutes.
